Delivery and Returns

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be despatched in one – two days of receipt of order and depending on location in Australia will take an estimated 1-10 days to be delivered from our Buderim warehouse. Friday and weekend orders would be processed and shipped by Tuesday depending on volume of orders received.
Please note at certain times when high volumes of orders are being processed such as Christmas, Mother’s Day etc despatch may take longer.
Shipping is between Monday and Friday.

How will my order be shipped?

  • Orders will be shipped via courier (for heavier loads ) or Australia Post.
  • Standard Australia post shipping rates apply. You may elect to pay slightly more for Express Post
  • For orders over $75 free standard shipping applies
  • If sending to a business address please include company name.
  • We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers but couriers require a street address. If a street address is not provided on the order, we may contact you for one
  • Authority to leave parcel: We can add this to courier deliveries but for Australia Post they have their own rules for when they leave at the door. We cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels but will follow up tracking with the courier/Australia Post

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Debit and Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard)

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Currently we only ship within Australia.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and of course we will meet all our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition, we do take great care to ensure we present a high quality range of products via our online store, however if for any reason the goods you receive are damaged or defective we will refund or exchange the item(s), provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery and you provide proof of purchase ie online invoice/order confirmation.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

How do I make a return?

Please email info@rejuvehealth.com with your order number, your name and contact number, photo of product, proof of purchase and reason for return. One of our customer service representatives will contact you with what to do from here. We will refund or exchange your damaged or defective item if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item or an incomplete order please contact info@rejuvehealth.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will provide details of how the issue will be resolved.
